About the Role

A technically driven and innovation-focused Project Manager is sought to join SKIDATA in the Nordic region. The role involves managing multiple projects within the Sports & Entertainment and Parking & Mobility sectors, overseeing projects from initiation through to customer handover. Responsibilities include planning, executing, and ensuring the quality of each project, while maintaining a strong focus on profitability and customer satisfaction.

The Project Manager will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, meeting or exceeding client expectations. The role also involves managing client relationships, handling project changes, and leading effective communication among all involved parties. Collaboration with an international team across the Nordics and Europe is required.

This position is primarily based at SKIDATA’s Karlstad office, with potential options to work from locations such as Stockholm or Oslo.

About You

The ideal candidate for this role is passionate about technology and experienced in project management, especially in handling technically complex projects that include both hardware and software installations. Leadership, structure, and the ability to motivate others are crucial. The ability to adapt quickly to new tasks and challenges while striving to meet goals is essential.

Important attributes include curiosity, a solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to maintain an overview of multiple ongoing tasks. Strong organizational skills, the ability to manage stressful situations, and a commitment to completing tasks efficiently are key traits for success.

Qualifications:

• Several years of project management experience within a technical or IT field.
• Experience managing both hardware and software installations.
• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English; proficiency in an additional Nordic language is a plus.
• An academic background in technology, IT, or a related field.
